Business Development Manager
Client Engagement and Team Leadership

The Business Development Manager leads the client acquisition and onboarding function while ensuring that all outreach and engagement activities remain compliant with professional and regulatory standards.

This role combines leadership, operational oversight, and front-line client engagement.

Key Responsibilities
 

  • Identify individuals and organizations who may require our services

  • Conduct compliant client outreach and relationship development

  • Guide clients through the onboarding and documentation process

  • Train and mentor Business Development Executives

  • Maintain accurate and organized client tracking records

  • Monitor team performance and workflow efficiency

  • Coordinate with management on operational and strategic initiatives

  • Ensure all client engagement activities follow internal policies and regulatory guidelines
